摘　　要：肿瘤康复是恢复患者因肿瘤本身或治疗造成的躯体残缺、生理功能异常、心理障碍等的综合手段。针对性的康复训练可促进躯体功能障碍的恢复;个体或团体化心理治疗可减轻焦虑等不良情绪,改善生活质量;营养康复可改善晚期肿瘤患者的营养不良;运动康复有助于提高免疫功能,改善症状;癌痛康复明显减轻晚期癌症患者痛苦,保证生活质量。多种康复手段复合,兼以个体化的精准康复将是未来趋势,跨专业人才进入,多学科联合,标准化的康复指南是未来方向。Tumor rehabilitation is a comprehensive means to restore the patient′s physical deformity,abnormal physiological function and psychological disorder caused by the tumor or the treatment.The pertinent rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of somatic dysfunction;individual or group psychological therapy can relieve anxiety and other negative emotions,improve the quality of life;nutritional rehabilitation can improve the patients with advanced cancer malnutrition;exercise rehabilitation can help to improve the immune function,improve the symptoms,and obviously relieve the pain of advanced cancer patients,ensuring the quality of life.A variety of rehabilitation methods combined with individual precision rehabilitation will be the future trend,and interprofessional talents,multidisciplinary combination,standardized rehabilitation guidelines are the future direction.
