磁性及球帽附着体在下颌无牙颌种植修复中的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:对比磁性及球帽附着体在下颌无牙颌种植修复中的效果。方法:122例下颌无牙颌患者随机分为A组及B组,每组各61例。两组患者均给予常规口腔检查,并根据全口曲面断层片明确病情,制定种植与修复方案。其中A组使用磁性附着体进行修复治疗,B组使用球帽附着体进行修复治疗。对比两组患者治疗1年后的牙龈指数和满意度。结果:治疗1年后A组牙龈指数0级的比率明显高于B组(36.07%vs 14.75%),3级的比率明显低于B组(0.00%vs 11.48%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者固定情况、美观性、咀嚼功能及舒适性满意度均明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:磁性附着体种植修复治疗下颌无牙颌患者的效果满意,且能明显提高患者的满意度。Objective:To study the effects of magnetic and ball-cap attachment in mandibular edentulous implants.Methods:122 cases of mandibular edentulous patients were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 61 cases in each group.The patients in two groups were given routine oral examination,the conditions were cleared and the planting and repairing plan were made according to full oral surface fault.The patients in group A were treated with magnetic attachment,while the patients in group B were treated with ball-cap attachment.The gingival index and satisfaction of patients in two groups 1 year after treatment were compared.Results:The ration of 0 grade in gingival index of patients in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(36.07%vs 14.75%,P<0.05),but the ration of 3 grade was significantly lower(0.00%vs 11.48%,P<0.05).The satisfaction of fixed,aesthetics,masticatory function and comfortableness of patients in group A were all significantly higher than group B(P<0.05).Conclusions:The effects of magnetic attachment in the treatment of mandibular edentulous patients is satisfactory,and can significantly improve the patients’satisfaction.
