清心益智汤对于改善阿尔茨海默病患者生活质量、认知水平以及SOD、MDA等生化指标的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析清心益智汤对于改善阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者的生活质量、认知水平以及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)表达水平的作用。方法:选取88例AD患者作为观察对象,分别纳入对照组与观察组,每组各44例;治疗两个疗程后评估临床疗效,分别于治疗前、治疗后,评估两组患者的生活质量、认知功能以及智能精神状态,同时观察两组患者血清SOD、MDA、T-AOC、ox-LDL表达水平的变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率81.82%,对照组总有效率63.64%,观察组疗效较对照组理想(P<0.05)。治疗后两组ADAS-cog、ADL、MMSE均较前有所改善,组内对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组较对照组良好,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组SOD、MDA、T-AOC、oxLDL均较前有所改善,组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组较对照组良好,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟清心益智汤能够有效改善AD患者的生活质量与认知水平,对于患者血清中SOD、MDA、T-AOC、ox-LDL的表达水平亦具有明确的改善作用。Objective:To analyze the Qingxin Yizhi decoction in improving the quality of life of Alzheimer's disease(AD),the cognitive level and serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)patients,malondialdehyde(MDA),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),oxidized low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)expression level role.Methods:88 cases of AD patients were treated as the observation objects were divided into control group and observation group,44 cases in each group;to evaluate the clinical efficacy after two courses of treatment,respectively,before and after treatment,the two groups were evaluated the quality of life,cognitive function and mental state at the same time.Observe two groups of patients with serum SOD,MDA,T-AOC,ox-LDL expression.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 81.82%,the total effective rate of the control group was 63.64%,and the effect of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups of ADAS-cog,ADL and MMSE were improved compared with the previous group(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group.After treatment,the SOD,MDA,T-AOC and ox-LDL of the two groups were improved compared with those before,and was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qingxin Yizhi decoction can effectively improve the quality of life and cognition level of AD patients,and has a definite improvement effect on the expression level of SOD,MDA,T-AOC and ox-LDL in the serum of patients.
