摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是人类健康的重要威胁,目前医学界对于恶性肿瘤特别是晚期恶性肿瘤尚无彻底根治的特效方法。我国中医在治疗恶性肿瘤方面具有丰富且独特的经验。庞德湘教授为我国名老中医,在中医中药治疗肿瘤方面积累了十分丰富的辨证医治经验,在40余年的从医经历过程中形成了独到的临证诊治理论,"群段"分治肿瘤理论是庞教授学术思想的集中体现。庞教授对于肿瘤的治疗主要可分为单纯中医治疗与中西医联合治疗两个部分。两个部分依据病程、西医治疗方法、患者个体情况等因素划分为五群、十一段给予不同的中医治疗。这一群段治疗思路将中医传统的经验式治疗方法细化,为中医的临床治疗提供了更加精准的量化性指导。Malignant tumor is an important threat to human health.At present,there is no effective cure for malignant tumors,especially advanced malignant tumors.Traditional Chinese medicine has rich and unique experience in the treatment of malignant tumors.Professor Pang Dexiang is an old Chinese doctor,Chinese medicine in the treatment of tumors has accumulated rich experience of syndrome differentiation treatment,in more than 40 years working experience in the process of the formation of clinical diagnosis and treatment of the original theory,"section"divide and conquer tumor theory embodies the academic thought of Professor pang.Professor Pang can be divided into two parts:the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.The two parts were divided into five groups according to the course of disease,the treatment method of western medicine and the individual condition of the patients,and the different treatment of Chinese medicine was given in eleven segments.This group of treatment ideas will refine the traditional traditional Chinese medicine treatment method,and provide more accurate quantitative guidance for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
