头针联合磁圆梅针治疗血管性认知障碍疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察头针联合磁圆梅针治疗血管性认知障碍的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组在西医内科基础治疗上,观察组采用头针联合磁圆梅针法,对照组采用常规针刺法,4周后采用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评定对比两组疗效。结果:观察组有效83.3%,对照组有效率50%,两组患者治疗后MMSE及ADL评分较前增加,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头针联合磁圆梅针能有效改善患者的认知功能,提高患者的日常生活能力。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of scalp-acupuncture combined with magnetic circle plum needle on the vascular cognitive impairment.Methods:The 60 patients with VCI were randomly divided to observation group and control group.Two groups on the basis of western medical treatment,observation group were treated with scalp acupuncture combined with magnetic circle plum needle,and control group with routine acupuncture,after 4 weeks,the MMSE and ADL were compared between the two groups effect.Results:The total effective rate for cognition improvement was 83.3%in the observation group and 50%in the control group.Scores for MMSE and ADL indicated that there were significant improvements as the two groups.But the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(The value of P was less than 0.05).Conclusion:Scalp-acupuncture combined with magnetic circle plum needle can improve cognitive function and the ability of daily life,having clinical application and promotion value.
