长链非编码RNA H19在非小细胞肺癌患者血清中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:检测长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)H19(lncRNA H19)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清中的表达水平并初步探讨其临床意义。方法:入选68例NSCLC患者和68例健康体检者,利用实时定量PCR检测血清中H19的表达水平,分析NSCLC患者血清中H19的水平与病理指标的关系。结果:在NSCLC患者血清中lncRNA H19表达水平明显高于正常对照组,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。NSCLC患者血清中lncRNA H19的表达水平与年龄、性别、病理类型、肿瘤大小及分化程度无关(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移及TMN分期有关(P<0.05)。结论:NSCLC患者血清中lncRNA H19的表达水平增高,lncRNA H19可能参与了NSCLC的病理过程。Objective:To study the serum level and its clinical significance of long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)H19 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:68 patients with NSCLC and 68 health controls were enrolled.The serum levels of H19 were detected by real-time quantitative PCR.The relationships between the serum levels of H19 in patients with NSCLC and pathology features were analyzed.Results:The serum levels of H19 in patients with NSCLC were higher than health controls(P<0.01).The serum levels of H19 were correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05),but not with age,gender,histology,tumor size and differentiation(P>0.05).Conclusions:The serum level of H19 in patients with NSCLC is higher.H19 may be involved in the pathological process of NSCLC.
