丁苯酞联合东菱迪芙治疗急性脑梗死37例疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨丁苯酞氯化钠注射液与东菱迪芙联合静脉滴注对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者神经功能损伤及临床疗效的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将74例ACI患者均分为两组。对照组仅静脉滴注东菱迪芙进行治疗,治疗组采用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合东菱迪芙进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果,观察两组患者治疗前后NIHSS评分改善情况。结果:经治疗,治疗组临床总有效率高达91.89%,明显高于对照组的72.97%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者NIHSS评分分别为(18.6±5.7)分、(19.2±4.2)分,相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组和治疗组NIHSS评分均明显下降,分别为(13.1±5.4)分、(9.7±4.5)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合东菱迪芙治疗ACI,能够显著改善患者预后,有助于患者神经功能缺损恢复,显著提高患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effects of combination of sodium butylphthalide sodium chloride injection with Donglingdifu on neurological impairment and clinical efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methords:74 cases with ACI were divided into two groups using random number table method.The patients of the control group were treated with Donglingdifu only by intravenous drip.The cases of the treatment group were treated with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection and Donglingdufu.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the improvement of NIHSS scores before and after treatment was observed in both groups.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 91.89%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.97%,P<0.05).Before treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were(18.6±5.7)and(19.2±4.2)(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the control group and the treatment group were significantly decreased(13.1±5.4)and(9.7±4.5),respectively,with statistical differences between the two groups Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalide sodium chloride injection combined with Donglingdifu treatment of ACI can significantly improve the prognosis of patients,help patients with neurological deficit recovery,significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
