摘  要:目的探讨高b值DWI(diffusion weighted imaging MRI,DWI-MRI)及动态增强MRI(dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI,DCE-MRI)对卵巢良恶性肿瘤进行定量分析和鉴别诊断的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实、含有实质成分的62例卵巢良恶性肿瘤(良性13个、恶性49个)的DWI-MRI及DCE-MRI资料。评价标准包括表观扩散系数ADC(apparent diffusioncoeficient)值,最大斜率MS及强化百分比,比较良恶性肿瘤的差异。结果良恶性肿瘤的ADC值具有统计学差异,P<0.05。MS及强化百分比具有显著的统计学差异,P<0.001。结论 DWI-MRI及DCE-MRI参数有助于卵巢良恶性肿瘤的鉴别。Objective To explore the application value of high B DWI(diffusion weighted imaging MRI DWI-MRI MRI(dynamic)and dynamic enhanced contrast-enhanced MRI,(DCE-MRI)in quantitative differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.Methods The DWI-MRI and DCE-MRI findings of 62 cases of benign and malignant ovarian tumors(13 benign and 49 malignant)proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.The criteria included apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC,maximum slope(MS)and percentage of enhancement.We compared the difference between benign and malignant tumors.Results The ADC value of benign and malignant ovarian tumors was statistically significant,P<0.05.The percentages of MS and enhancement were statistically significant,P<0.001.Conclusion DWI-MRI and DCE-MRI can help the identification of ovarian malignancies.
