双屿门与青龙门实施分道通航的研究

摘  要:双屿门与青龙门作为宁波-舟山港核心港区的重要交通枢纽之一,通航密度大,通航环境复杂,各类水上交通事故频发。为改善通航秩序,提高进出港效率,优化水上环境,助推宁波-舟山港一体化的建设,文章就双屿门与青龙门实施分道通航制进行了研究。分道通航制的实施不仅有利于提高该水域船舶的航行安全和保护海洋环境,而且能更好地服务国家海洋经济发展和一带一路等国家战略的深入实施。As one of the important transportation hubs in the core port area of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port,Shuangyumen and Qinglongmen have a large traffic density,complicated navigation environment and frequent occurrence of various kinds of water traffic accidents.To improve navigation order,improve the efficiency of clearance,optimize the environment of water,and boost the construction of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port integration,this article makes a study on the traffic separation scheme for Shuangyumen and Qinglongmen.The implementation of the traffic separation scheme is not only beneficial to improve the waters of the ship navigation safety and protection of the marine environment,but can better serve the national marine economy development and national strategies like One Belt and One Road.
