青年卒中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的总结青年卒中的临床特点,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取我院2013年1月~2016年11月收治的青年脑卒中患者60例,将青年脑卒中患者作为本次研究的研究组,将老年脑卒中患者作为本次研究的对照组。结果研究组患者的致病因素与对照组患者的致病因素之间差异具有显著差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不管是研究组还是对照组,患者受疾病的影响,其血压、血脂、血糖指标均存在异常现象,但是两组患者所患疾病虽均为脑卒中,但在血压、血脂、血糖的指标中,有部分指标水平是存在显著差异的。结论在脑卒中疾病的患病人群当中,青年患者与中老年患者在致病因素等方面,是存在一定差异的,而为提高对青年脑卒中患者疾病的治愈率,对该疾病作出进一步的研究是临床未来的研究方向。Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of young stroke,and to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 60 patients were selected from our hospital from January 2013 to November 2016 received young stroke patients,the young stroke patients as the study group,the elderly stroke patients as the control group of this study.Results There was a significant difference between the pathogenic factors of the treatment group and the control group,that is,P<0.05.Both the treatment group or the control group,patients affected by disease,blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose index were abnormal phenomenon,but the two groups of patients suffering from the disease are stroke,but the blood pressure,blood lipids and blood glucose level indicators,some indicators have significant difference.Conclusion The prevalence of stroke among young patients and old patients in terms of pathogenic factors,there is a certain difference,and to improve the cure rate of the disease in young patients with stroke,further research to the disease is clinical future research direction.
