观察美罗华结合CHOP方案治疗B细胞性非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察分析美罗华联合CHOP方案治疗B细胞性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的应用效果。方法选用我院2015年3月~2017年3月医治的肿瘤患者76例,以数字随机划分的方法分为治疗组与比较组,比较组的38例患者采用CHOP方案治疗,治疗组38例患者采用美罗华联合CHOP方案治疗。结果两组患者治疗后其不良反应发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组总有效率明显高于比较组,比较两组患者差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美罗华联合CHOP方案应用于B细胞性非霍奇金淋巴瘤,其效果显著,具有良好的临床价值。Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of rituximab combined with CHOP regimen in the treatment of B cell non Hodgkin lymphoma.Methods 76 cases of cancer patients treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected.The method of digital random division was divided into the treatment group and the comparison group.38 patients in the comparison group were treated with CHOP regimen.The treatment group of 38 patients were treated with rituximab combined with CHOP regimen.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the comparison group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rituximab combined with CHOP scheme is applied to B cell non Hodgkin lymphoma The effect is remarkable.It has good clinical value.
