摘 要:目的探讨Nav1.5、NGFR、NF-κB三种蛋白的表达水平与脑胶质瘤临床病理分级之间的相关性。方法收集遵义医学院附属医院病理科2010~2017年胶质瘤患者石蜡包埋标本,21例初治患者为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学法检测脑胶质瘤组织Nav1.5、NGFR及NF-κB三种蛋白的表达水平,采用免疫荧光法检测脑胶质瘤组织中NGFR及NF-κB蛋白的表达水平,分析Nav1.5、NGFR及NF-κB三种蛋白表达水平与脑胶质瘤患者临床病理分级之间的关系。结果免疫组织化学方法显示,高级别(Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级)脑胶质瘤中Nav1.5、NGFR及NF-κB蛋白的表达水平显著高于低级别(Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级)脑胶质瘤的Nav1.5、NGFR及NF-κB蛋白的表达水平,且与临床病理分级呈正相关(P<0.05)。免疫荧光方法显示,高级别脑胶质瘤组织NGFR和NF-κB蛋白表达水平显著高于低级别脑胶质瘤NGFR和NF-κB表达水平。结论 Nav1.5、NGFR及NF-κB三种蛋白在胶质瘤组织中的表达水平与胶质瘤病理分级呈正相关。Objective To explore the Nav1.5,NGFR and nf-kappa B three kinds of protein expression levels and glioma of the correlation between clinical pathology classification.Methods Collection department of pathology,the first affiliated hospital of zunyi medical college from 2010 to 2017 patients with glioma specimens of paraffin embedding,21 cases of patients as the research object,first the glioma immune histochemical method testing organization Nav1.5,NGFR and nf-kappa B three kinds of protein expression levels,detection of glioma tissues by immunofluorescence method NGFR and nf-kappa B protein expression level,analysis Nav1.5,NGFR and nfkappa B three kinds of protein expression levels and the relationship between the clinical pathologic stage patients with cerebral glioma.Results Immunohistochemical method,according to a high level(level III and IV)in glioma Nav1.5,NGFR and nf-kappa B protein expression level was significantly higher than that of low level(class I and class II)glioma Nav1.5,NGFR and nf-kappa B protein expression level,and clinical pathologic stage was positively related(P<0.05).Immunofluorescence method,according to a high grade glioma group NGFR and nf-kappa B protein expression were significantly higher than that of low grade glioma NGFR and nf-kappa B expression level.Conclusion Nav1.5,NGFR and nf-kappa B three proteins in the tissue of gliomas expression level was positively associated with glioma pathology classification.
