慢性酒精中毒性脑病经颅多普勒超声分析

摘　　要：目的观察经颅多普勒超声诊断慢性酒精中毒性脑病的应用价值。方法本次研究对象选取2017年1月~2017年12月我院收治的慢性酒精中毒性脑病患者70例,将其纳入观察组,另选46名健康者纳入对照组。两组人员均行经颅多普勒超声诊断方式,对比观察其诊断结果。结果观察组的双侧脑血管搏动指数均明显高于对照组,差异统计学有意义(P<0.05);而两组的双侧平均血流速度无明显差异性,统计学无意义(P>0.05);另外,观察组的血管频谱形态异常率为94.29%(66/70),明显高于对照组的10.89%(5/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外饮酒史>20年患者血管频谱形态异常率为95.45%(63/66),明显高于饮酒史≤20年的25.86%(15/58),差异显著,统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论对慢性酒精中毒性脑病患者实施经颅多普勒超声诊断,可有效对患者的病情状况进行诊断,对患者的康复治疗提供有效参考,充分体现其意义,值得进一步推广采纳。Objective To observe the value of transcranial Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of chronic alcoholic encephalopathy.Methods 70 cases of chronic alcoholism encephalopathy received from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital were enrolled in the observation group,and another 46 healthy persons were included in the control group.The two groups were treated with transcranial Doppler ultrasound,and the results were compared.Result The results of bilateral cerebral vascular pulsatility index in observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the bilateral mean blood flow velocity of two groups had no significant difference,no statistical significance(P>0.05);in addition,the abnormal rate of the observation group blood spectrum morphology of 94.29%(66/70),significantly higher than the control group 10.89%(5/46),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the history of drinking>20 spectrum morphology in patients with vascular abnormality rate was 95.45%(63/66),was significantly higher than that in less than 20 years of drinking history 25.86%(15/58),significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of chronic alcoholic encephalopathy by transcranial Doppler ultrasound can effectively diagnose the condition of patients,provide effective reference for rehabilitation treatment of patients,and fully reflect its significance,which is worthy of further promotion and adoption.
