改良三点微创重睑术改善上睑皮肤松弛的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察改良三点微创重睑术在改善上睑皮肤松弛的临床效果。方法选取我科室收治的100例上睑皮肤松弛患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,即试验组、常规组,试验组50例行改良三点微创重睑术,常规组50例行切开重睑术,对比两组上睑皮肤松弛患者满意度、术后恢复时间、并发症出现比例以及Ⅰ期愈合率。结果试验组患者满意度显著高于常规组,术后恢复时间显著比常规组更短,P<0.05;并发症及Ⅰ期愈合率与常规组无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论与传统重睑术相对比,改良三点微创重睑术可有效缩短恢复时间,提升患者满意度,临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified three-point minimally invasive doubleeyelid surgery in improving the relaxation of upper eyelid skin.Methods One hundred cases of patients with upper eyelid skin sagging treated in our department were selected as research object and randomly divided into two groups:experimental group,conventional group and experimental group,50 cases were treated with modified threepoint minimally invasive double eyelid operation and 50 cases in conventional group Double eyelid incision was performed.The satisfaction of patients with upper eyelid skin sag,the time of postoperative recovery,the incidence of complications and the rate of primary healing were compared.Results The satisfaction of patients in trial group was significantly higher than that in routine group.The recovery time after operation was significantly shorter than that of conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional double eyelid surgery,the improved three-point minimally invasive double eyelid surgery can effectively shorten the recovery time and improve patient satisfaction,the clinical effect is significant and worth promoting.
