摘 要:目的对临床实习医学生开展手卫生知识调查,探讨手卫生培训的重要性,提高手卫生依从率,从而降低医院感染率的发生。方法对2016年10月~2017年5月来我科轮转的90名临床实习医学生用PPT讲授及现场示范的方法进行手卫生知识培训,连续3周,每周一次,运用医院感染科自制的手卫生考核评分表分别于入科时、出科前进行手卫知识调查。结果对手卫生定义培训前平均分仅1.96分,培训后平均分3.89分;手卫生时机培训前9.70分,培训后平均分22.18分;使用手套知识培训前平均分仅7.2分,培训后平均分15.87分;正确"六步洗手法"培训前平均分仅2.19分,培训后平均分5.19分;洗手后不规范行为培训前平均分仅4.68分,培训后平均分11.10分。结论临床实习医学生在学校未经过系统的手卫生知识培训,日常诊疗操作过程中不够重视,因而对进入临床实习后的手卫生进行系统的手卫生知识培训显得尤为重要。Objective To investigate the knowledge of hand hygiene among medical students in clinical practice,to explore the importance of hand hygiene training and improve the compliance rate of hand hygiene,so as to reduce the incidence of hospital infection.Methods From October 2016 to May 2017 to 90 clinical practice of medical students in our department Web for demonstration of the PPT lecture and the scene of hand hygiene knowledge training for 3 weeks,once a week,using the hospital homemade hand hygiene assessment scale separately at the Department of health,before hand knowledge survey.Results The opponents of health training before the definition of an average of only 1.96 points,an average of 3.89 points after training;hand hygiene training time before 9.70 points,an average of 22.18 points after training;training gloves before using an average of only 7.2 points,training after an average of 15.87 points;the correct"six handwashing before training with an average of only 2.19 after training,the average score of 5.19 points;after washing irregularities before training with an average of only 4.68 points,an average of 11.10 points after training.Conclusion The clinical practice medical students did not have systematic hand hygiene knowledge training in school,and they didn't pay enough attention to the daily diagnosis and operation process.Therefore,it is particularly important to train hand hygiene knowledge for hand hygiene after entering clinical practice.
