超声乳化治疗高度近视并发白内障的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析高度近视并发白内障患者行超声乳化治疗后的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月~2016年5月我院收治的高度近视并发白内障患者90例(110眼)为本次研究对象,根据手术方式将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组40例(47眼),该组采用白内障囊外摘除术治疗;观察组50例(63眼),该组采用超声乳化术治疗,对比分析两组患者术后视力恢复状况以及并发症发生情况。结果手术后,观察组患者的视力恢复状况比对照组好,且术后并发症发生率比对照组低,组间比较,差异显著,统计学意义成立,(P<0.05)。结论针对高度近视并发白内障患者治疗时,采用超声乳化手术疗法可以提高患者视力恢复程度,有效控制并发症发生几率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of phacoemulsification for patients with high myopia and cataract.Methods In our hospital 90 cases(110 eyes)with high myopia cataract patients as the research object,according to the operation mode,will be divided into control group and observation group,the control group of 40 cases(47 eyes),the group with extracapsular cataract extraction treatment;observation group of 50 cases(63 eyes).The group used phacoemulsification treatment,comparative analysis of occurrence of the recovery of visual acuity and complications after operation in the two groups.Results After operation,the vision recovery in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification can improve visual acuity and control complications in patients with high myopia and cataract.
