高压氧预处理对肺癌放疗中放射性食管炎临床表现的影响

摘　　要：目的研究局部晚期肺癌患者行放射治疗时高压氧预处理对于放射性食管炎的影响。方法选取我院2013年3月1日~2014年9月1日收治的局部晚期中心型肺癌患者120例,随机分为实验组和对照组,观察组在放疗前行高压氧预处理60分钟间隔10分钟之内行常规放疗,对照组单纯行放射治疗,观察两组患者放射性食管炎的发生时间、持续时间及严重程度。结果实验组患者放射性食管炎的发生时间晚于对照组,持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者放射性食管炎的严重程度明显低于对照组;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者放疗前进行高压氧预处理可明显降低患者放射性食管炎的持续时间及严重程度,提高患者放疗的耐受性及生活质量。Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen pretreatment on radiation esophagitis in patients with local advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with advanced central lung cancer admitted to our hospital from March 1,2013 to September 1,2014 were selected.randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the observation group in radiotherapy on hyperbaric oxygen pretreatment 60 minutes interval of 10 minutes adept routine radiotherapy,the control group pure line of radiation therapy,observe two groups of patients with radioactive esophagitis happened time,duration and severity.Results The patients with radioactive esophagitis happened time later than the control group,the duration is shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group the severity of the radioactive esophagitis patients significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pretreatment of hyperbaric oxygen in patients with lung cancer can significantly reduce the duration and severity of radiation esophagitis and improve the tolerance and quality of life of radiotherapy.
