摘 要:结合现代造船模式和精益造船思想,实现壳舾涂一体化生产须从管理方面进行改进,因此提出实施全托盘化管理,即在船舶企业中分别进行船体、舾装和涂装等3种托盘化管理,将托盘贯穿于壳舾涂作业中的设计、采购、集配与生产等环节,建立以托盘物流为核心的壳舾涂一体化生产,从而实现真正意义上的壳舾涂一体化生产。Combined with modern shipbuilding model and lean shipbuilding idea,it needed to be improved in management to realize integrated hull construction,outfitting and painting production.The whole pallet management is implemented,which means that the hull construction,outfitting and painting pallet management are all carried out in shipbuilding,and the pallets are made as the main line to the throughout operation of design,procurement,distribution and production.The pallet logistics as the core of integrated production is established for hull construction,outfitting and painting,which can realize the true meaning of the integrated hull construction,outfitting and painting production.
