McCray化疗控制后替吉奥维持治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察替吉奥在m CRC患者中维持治疗的疗效和不良反应。方法选取2012年6月~2016年6月我院收治的m CRC患者45例,经氟尿嘧啶类和奥沙利铂组成的联合化疗方案化疗6~12周期,化疗后获得疾病控制的患者,被分为替吉奥维持治疗组和观察组。维持治疗组采用替吉奥单药口服维持治疗,连用14天,21天为一个周期。观察组不予任何治疗。每2周期后行影像学检查评价疗效、不良反应及随访情况。结果治疗组中位无疾病进展时间为8.9个月;观察组中位无疾病进展时间为6.5个月;两组中位无疾病进展时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。毒副反应主要为Ⅰ~Ⅱ度骨髓抑制、消化道反应、肝功能损伤及手足综合症。结论替吉奥在m CRC患者维持治疗中效果肯定、毒副作用小。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy,the clinical benefit response and side effects of S-1 in the maintenance therapy of patients with advanced colorectal cancer(colon cancer and rectal cancer).Methods Fourty-five patients with advanced colorectal cancer who underwent combined chemotherapy of fluorouracil/Oxaliplatin in 6~12 cycles and achieved disease control were assigned to receive maintenance therapy of S-1 or only observation until disease progression.For the S-1 group,orally for 14 days with 21 days per-cycle.In the observation group,no treatment was performed.After two consecutive treatment circles,the clinical efficacy,adverse effects and follow-up condition were evaluated.Results The progress free survival(PFS)of S-1 group was 8.9 months and 6.5 months of the observation group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The major adverse events were myelosuppression ranging from gradeⅠ~Ⅱ,disgusting damage,liver function and hand-foot syndrome.Conclusion Maintenance therapy with a single agent of S-1 shows positive effect for patients with advanced colorectal cancer with acceptable toxicities.
