阿帕替尼联合替吉奥胶囊治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2015年10月~2016年8月我科收治的晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者32例,均采用阿帕替尼和替吉奥胶囊治疗,21天为一周期;两周期后评价疗效及毒副反应。结果阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗总有效率为15.6%,疾病控制率68.8%;QOL改善稳定率达87.5%。结论阿帕替尼联合替吉奥对于改善晚期消化道肿瘤患者的生活质量,提高患者的疾病控制率有一定疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Apatinib combined with teguio in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal malignancies.Methods From October 2015 to August 2016,32 patients with advanced gastrointestinal malignant tumors were selected.All patients were treated with apatinib and s-1 capsules for 21 days.The efficacy and side effects were evaluated after two cycles.Results The total effective rate of apatinib combined with s-1 was 15.6%and the disease control rate was 68.8%.The stable rate of QOL improvement was 87.5%.Conclusion Apatinib combined with s-1 can improve the quality of life and improve the disease control rate of patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors.
