摘　　要：随着口腔种植学的不断发展,经过多年的临床实践和基础研究,人们对于牙种植治疗理念和新技术的应用,在理解和认知上也不断更新。在"‘争鸣与共识’种植论坛(第三季)"中,与会专家们从术前设计到风险防范,对即刻种植、即刻负重、前牙美学区和无牙颌种植修复治疗中广受关注的问题,进行了广泛讨论和总结。本文报道了所达成的共识性意见,以供参考,期望在不断创新的基础上更加规范牙种植技术的临床应用。With the constant development of oral implantology,after years of clinical practice and fundamental research,the comprehension and cognition of treatment concept and application of new techniques in dental implant has been improved.Based on the results of the 3rd Controversy and Consensus Implantology Forum,some consensus opinions come to an agreement on the topics of immediate implant placement,immediate implant loading,implant restoration in aesthetic area and edentulous jaws.It will be benefit for us to standardize the clinical practice of dental implantation.
