摘　　要：目的 :观察Fibulin-7蛋白在下颌骨髁突发育过程中的时空表达特点。方法 :取胚胎第15.5 d、出生后第1 d、出生后第28 d的C57BL/6J小鼠下颌骨标本,应用免疫组织化学方法检测Fibulin-7在下颌骨髁突软骨不同发育时期的表达情况。结果:Fibulin-7蛋白在小鼠下颌骨髁突发育过程中表达,表达情况随髁突软骨发育成熟而逐渐向成熟软骨细胞层迁移,且表达部位也随之倾向于胞膜和软骨基质中。结论:Fibulin-7蛋白在下颌骨髁突软骨发育的不同阶段皆有表达,推测Fibulin-7参与了髁突软骨分化成熟的生物学过程。Objective:To investigate the expression patterns of Fibulin-7 in murine mandibular condyles at different developmental stages.Methods:Mandible samples of C57B176J mice of embryonic day 15.5,postnatal day 1 and day 28 were collected.The expressions of Fibulin-7 in murine mandibular condyles were detected by immunohistochemistry staining.Results:The expression of Fibulin-7 was detected in the development process of mandibular condyles,and gradually migrated to layers where the mature chondrocytes locate,and also to cell membrane and mesochondiium.Conclusion:Fibulin-7 was expressed at different locations in diverse developmental stages of mandibular condyles,indicating their individual functions in the process of the maturation of condyle cartilages.
