摘　　要：随着社会的发展,人民生活条件的提高,传统啤酒生产线已经无法满足当下人们的需求,高品质的微型啤酒成为人们喜爱的新型啤酒,这里针对当前微型啤酒生产工艺、发展现状及市场需求进行了简要的分析,根据微型啤酒生产线工艺控制设备存在的问题,以及微型啤酒生产线对控制系统的要求,以欧姆龙PLC作为控制核心,昆仑通态工业触摸屏作为监控者,结合相应的自动控制、自动检测技术设计了一个微型啤酒生产线自动控制装置,并对恒温发酵温度控制策略进行了改进。With the development of society and the improvement of our living conditions,the traditional beer production line can not meet the requirement of most people,high-quality micro-beer to become a favorite new beer.A brief analysis was made on the current microbe beer production process,development status and market demand.According to the problem of the micro-beer production line process control equipment and the requirement of micro-beer production line on the control system,Based on Omron PLC used as the control core,Kunlun on-state industrial touch screen used as the monitor,automatic control technology,and automatic detection technology to design a automatic control device for micro-beer production line,and improved the temperature control strategy of constant temperature fermentation.
