摘　　要：工学交替课程是目前高职院校课程改革的方向之一,本文介绍了应用电子技术专业工学交替课程实践的具体案例,其中包括企业及其提供的实习岗位情况,以及为顺利开展工学交替课程所应采用的方法与措施和工学交替产生的实际意义,进而揭示了亟待破解的突出问题,并提出了解决问题的建议,为今后人才培养与课程建设提供了有益的借鉴与参考。The working and learning alternation course is one of the direction of course reform at higher vocational college currently,the paper presents the concrete cases on practice of working and learning alternation course majoring in applied electronic technology,the contents include the situation of enterprise and its provided practice posts,the methods and measures that should be taken to carry out the working and learning course successfully,and the actual significance produced by working and learning alternation.The outstanding problems to be solved urgently have been further revealed,and then the proposals to solve the difficulties have been put forward,thus the beneficial reference has been provided for personnel training and course construction in the future.
