Electric Locomotive Simulation of Considering DC Motor Nonlinear Magnetizing Characteristics and Train Running Resistance Variation

摘  要:搭建一种考虑直流电机非线性励磁特性和列车运行阻力的电力机车仿真模型,适用于调速控制研究。首先,根据机车重量和荷载计算电力机车启动转矩和滚动转矩;然后,利用机车的牵引特性以及整流回路电压与整流电路触发角的关系得到晶闸管触发角;最后,利用Matlab软件中的Simulink仿真平台建立了包括牵引变压器、全波整流电路、触发控制模块、考虑非线性励磁特性直流电机模型和列车运行阻力变化的电力机车仿真模型。通过实例仿真分析,验证该仿真模型可行性。An electric locomotive simulation model of considering DC motor nonlinear magnetizing characteristics and train running resistance variation is established,which is suitable for the studies of train speed control.Firstly electric locomotive starting up torque and rolling torque are obtained based on the weight of locomotive and freight cars.Then thyristor trigger angle is computed by utilizing tractive characteristics and the relation between rectifier circuit voltage and thyristor trigger angle.Eventually,the electric locomotive simulation models including traction transformer,full-wave rectifying circuit,trigger control module and electric locomotive simulation model of considering DC motor nonlinear magnetizing characteristics and train running resistance variation are built with simulation platform Simulink of Matlab.The feasibility of the simulation model is verified by an actual example simulation and analysis.
