摘  要:针对毒品的传统检测方法操作复杂和易受温度影响的特点,采用核磁共振氢谱对案件毒品进行定性分析。利用600 MHz核磁共振波谱仪对常见毒品的标样进行一维和二维谱图实验,通过分析常见毒品氢谱的苯环和甲基特征峰,从而获得定性检测分析毒品的新方法。运用获得的新方法定性分析毒品犯罪现场的案件毒品。其中,案件毒品1的组分为乙酰可待因、海洛因和O6-单乙酰吗啡,案件毒品2的组分为氯麻黄碱。实验结果表明,根据核磁共振氢谱可以有效地对毒品犯罪案件中的案件样品进行定性分析,准确地检测出案件毒品的组分,同时,可以避免温度对检测结果的影响。Aiming at the shortcoming of traditional test methods which were complexly operated and easily affected by temperature,1 H NMR spectra was employed for qualitative analysis of case drugs,600 MHz NMR spectrometer was used for detecting one and two-dimension spectrum of common standard drug.The new method was obtained by benzene ring and methyl characteristic peaks of 1 H NMR spectrum,and was used to detect the drugs from the related crime scene.The results showed that the components of case drug No.1 were acetylcodeine,heroin and O 6-monoacetylmorphine,the component of case drug No.2 was ephedrine.This indicated that the 1 H NMR spectra could effectively make qualitative analysis of case samples from drug crime,and detect accurately the components of the sample.It also showed that the influence of temperature on the detection result could be avoided in the detection.
