腹腔镜病灶切除术联合醋酸亮瑞林治疗子宫腺肌瘤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫腺肌瘤患者应用腹腔镜病灶切除术结合醋酸亮瑞林进行治疗的效果。方法选取我院2015年6月~2017年6月收治的子宫腺肌瘤患者140例,将其随机分为两组,各70例。对照组应用腹腔镜下病灶切除术治疗,观察组术后联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗。比较两组月经改善情况、子宫体积及血清CA125水平。结果观察组术后月经改善情况明显优于对照组,术后子宫体积明显小于对照组,血清CA125水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用腹腔镜病灶切除术结合醋酸亮瑞林对子宫腺肌瘤患者进行治疗,其疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic adenomyomectomy combined with treatment applying leuprorelin acetate in patients with uterine adenomyoma.Methods For 140 cases of uterine adenomyoma treated by our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017,These cases are distributed by random into observation group and control group,70 patients in respective group.Observation group applied laparoscopic adenomyomectomy whilst control group applied leuprorelin acetate in treatment after laparoscopic adenomyomectomy;clinical data of respective group on menstruation improvement,uterine volume and serum(CA125)were compared and analyzed.Results Post-surgery menstruation improvement amongst patients in control group were recorded significantly better than those in observation group,uterine volume was significantly smaller and serum(CA125)significantly lower in control group;these differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laparoscopic adenomyomectomy combined with treatment applying leuprorelin acetate in patients with uterine adenomyoma,has its significant clinical effect.
