摘 要:针对直线音圈电机出力密度不高的问题,提出了线圈前移式电机结构。通过改变电机出力特性曲线,使其向右移动到合适位置,从而获得更大的平均出力密度以及更小的推力波动。采用磁路分析法推导该线圈前移式直线音圈电机在工作行程范围内的出力表达式,并分析其出力特性曲线。此外,通过有限元法仿真研究音圈电机的音圈前移量对电机平均出力的变化规律,从而分析确定前移量的理论优化值。最后,在理论与仿真的基础上,制作了实验样机,实验结果表明该样机的出力特性曲线与理论仿真结果基本一致,证明了线圈前移式结构在提高直线音圈电机平均出力和出力密度方面具有非常重要的意义。A winding-forward linear voice coil motor(VCM)is presented to overcome its lower thrust density.In order to obtain a higher average thrust density and a lower thrust ripple,the thrust characteristic curve of linear VCM was taken into account by moving it to the optimal position.Magnetic circuit analysis was utilized to deduce the thrust formula of this winding-forward structure within the working stroke,and the thrust characteristic curve was analyzed.Moreover,the variation of average thrust with respect to the forward offset was analyzed by finite element method(FEA),and the optimal value of forward offset was obtained.Finally,the experimental prototype was made on the basis of theory and simulation analysis.The experimental results show that the thrust characteristic curve of the prototype is basically consistent with the results of simulation,and play a great role in increasing the average thrust and thrust density of linear VCM.
