手术切除联合生物羊膜移植治疗60岁以下翼状胬肉的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨手术切除联合生物羊膜移植治疗60岁以下的翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年6月收治的翼状胬肉患者46例66眼,分为两组,A组给予胬肉切除联合生物羊膜移植,B组给予手术切除胬肉联合角膜缘干细胞移植治疗;观察两组疗效。结果 2组术后随访1个月~1年,平均(4.09)个月;A组患者术后不适症状轻,两组术后复发率、角膜伤口愈合时间没有明显差异;差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手术切除联合生物羊膜移植治疗60岁以下翼状胬肉,术后复发率低,并发症少,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of surgical excision with Biological amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of pterygium under 60 years of age.Methods 46 pterygium patients(66 eyes)in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups,group A received surgery+amniotic membrane transplantation;group B received surgical excision with limbal stem cell transplantation;observed treatment efficacy of two groups.Results The two groups were followed up for 1 month-1 year,average 4.09 months;patients in group A with mild symptoms in a short time,the difference of corneal wound healing time and recurrence rate between two groups was not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Surgical excision with Biological amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment of pterygium under 60 years of age recurrence rate and complications are fewer,it is worthy of application.
