摘　　要：创业教育机制的设计若要更全面、更立体,便要从能力角度出发,结合现有创业胜任力八维度模型,建立一种符合大学生创业者特质的胜任力模型,并据此设计一系列教育措施,进一步明确创业教育的主体角色,在创业准备、初创、成长等不同时期内形成动态创业教育机制。In order to make entrepreneurship education mechanism design more comprehensive and tridimensional,an entrepreneurial competency model fit for undergraduate entrepreneurs will be constructed from the angle of the capacity,combined with the existing eight-dimension entrepreneurial competence model according to which a series of education measures should be designed to further define the subject role played by entrepreneurship education so that in different periods such as preparation,start-up and growth the dynamic entrepreneurship education mechanism will come into being.
