摘　　要：目前,安徽百货零售业中存在着整体实力不强、竞争力弱、业态分布不合理、缺乏相关优秀人才、网店的冲击以及服务水平低等问题。安徽百货零售业应积极采取对策,充分利用政策优势、进行规模化发展、兴建新型零售业、降低扩张速度树立口碑、培养挖掘人才、建立高效的物流体系、发展实体店铺的优势,提供高质量服务,以期实现安徽省百货零售业的健康发展。There are a series of problems existing in the retail industry in Anhui in terms of the overall strength,competitiveness,business distribution,talents involvement,impact of online stores and service capacity.In order to secure healthy development,some effective measures should be taken to transform the industry and reform the development scale by taking advantage of the current policies.The expansion speed should slow down and give way to improve the brand recognition and talents team building.Efforts should be made to make full play of physical stores by setting up efficient systems of logistics and improve the quality of services.
