抗精神病药物联用行为疗法治疗精神分裂症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的通过相应的研究分析在对精神分裂症患者进行抗精神病药物治疗的过程中,联用行为治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年4月~2013年10月收治的精神分裂症患者365例按照患者住院号码的单双号原则随机进行分组,分成对照组与研究组,应用SANS、BPRS、SDSS、ADL量表评定疗效,TESS、RSESE量表评估不良反应。结果研究组治疗为87.43%,对照组为60.44%,两组比较;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生例数稍低于对照组;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对精神分裂症患者进行药物治疗的过程中联合行为疗效优于单用抗精神病药物治疗,且不良反应少。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of combined behavioral therapy in the course of antipsychotic medication in patients with schizophrenia.Methods From April 2012 to October 2013,365 cases of patients with schizophrenia were according to the number of patient in the hospital.The principle of random grouping,divided into control group and research group,use SANS,BPRS,SDSS,ADL scale to assess efficacy,TESS,RSESE scale to assess adverse reactions.Results The team treated 87.43 percent,60 in the control group.44%,comparison of the two groups;The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of adverse reactions occurred in the study group was slightly lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of drug treatment of schizophrenic patients,combined action is better than single antipsychotic medication,and there are few adverse reactions.
