摘　　要：目的探讨微信APP在肿瘤科经外周静脉留置中心静脉导管术(PICC)带管患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月~2017年1月收治的胃肠肿瘤患者60例作为研究对象,并分为对照组和观察组,观察组运用微信护理,对照组采用常规护理,对比预后效果及护理满意度。结果观察组进食时间和下床活动时间明显短于对照组;观察组护理满意度较对照组更高;组间比较;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信APP在肿瘤科PICC带管患者延续护理中的应用效果显著,有利于患者康复,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of WeChat APP in continuous nursing care of patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)with tube in oncology department.Methods 60 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients from January 2016 to January 2017 as the object of study,and divided into control group and observation group,the observation group used WeChat care,the control group with routine nursing,compared the prognosis and nursing satisfaction.Results The eating time and ambulation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group;the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of WeChat APP in the continuous nursing of patients with PICC tube in oncology department is significant,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients,and is worth promoting.
