妇科恶性肿瘤患者的负面情绪影响因素分析及对策

摘　　要：目的研究恶性肿瘤患者的负面心理状况以及找到解决消除这种负面状况的措施。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行测试评分,对患者的心理状况和心理特征进行测量。结果妇科恶性肿瘤是一种恶性消耗性疾病,与患者的文化程度、身体素质、年龄、智力水平、化疗程度以及抑郁及焦虑指数有很大关系。青年人、中年人的抑郁、焦虑指数明显高于老年人;而从受教育程度来看,受教育程度越高者,其抑郁、焦虑指数明显要好。结论一旦恶性肿瘤患者确定,应该给予患者以体贴,使其感受到亲切感和安全感,应主动的联系患者,了解其精神状态,使其产生强烈的求知欲望,家庭、亲友往往是患者的精神支柱,强调丈夫在双方心理的重要地位,也能够缓解患者的病痛,从而使其面对现实,克服心理的巨大压力。Objective To study the negative psychological status of patients with malignant tumor and to find a solution to eliminate this negative situation.Methods The self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Zung anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)were used to measure the psychological status and psychological characteristics of the patients.Results Gynecological malignancy is a malignant wasting disease,which has a great relationship with the patient's education level,physical condition,age.Young people,middle-aged depression,anxiety index was significantly higher than the elderly;and from the education level,the higher the degree of education,the depression,anxiety index was significantly better.Conclusion Once the malignant tumor patients to determine,should be given to patients with thoughtful,so that they feel the sense of intimacy and security should take the initiative to contact the patient,to understand their mental state,to produce a strong desire for knowledge,family,friends and relatives are often patients Spiritual pillar,emphasizing her husband in the important position of both psychological,but also to ease the patient's pain,so that it faces the reality,to overcome the enormous psychological pressure.
