精神分裂症与糖尿病关系的研究进展

摘　　要：此文是对现有的国内外文献进行系统回顾,精神分裂症和糖尿病的发生、发展与心理社会因素存在关联,目前两者已成为世界性的公共卫生问题。精神分裂症是一组发病率高慢性致残性精神障碍,致病因素与遗传和神经发育缺陷有关,尤以神经递质受体功能的研究最全面。糖尿病已经成为世界各国的常见病,我国糖尿病患者的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,糖尿病的致病因素与遗传、肥胖、饮食习惯、环境因素及感染等有关。精神分裂症和糖尿病疾病复杂,确切的发病机制尚未被完全阐明。This article is a systematic review of the existing literature at home and abroad.The occurrence and development of schizophrenia and diabetes are related to psychosocial factors.At present,they have become a worldwide public health problem.Schizophrenia is a group of high incidence,chronic and disabling mental disorders.The causative factors are related to genetic and neurodevelopmental deficits.Especially,the function of neurotransmitter receptors is the most comprehensive.Diabetes has become a common disease all over the world.The incidence of diabetes in China is increasing year by year.The pathogenic factors of diabetes are related to heredity,obesity,eating habits,environmental factors and infection.The complex pathogenesis of schizophrenia and diabetes mellitus,and the precise pathogenesis,has not yet been fully elucidated.
