摘  要:目的研究黑龙江省不同地区椴树蜜对金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抗菌作用。方法采用微孔板改良法复制金黄色葡萄球菌模型,将蜂蜜与无菌的培养基(Mueller-Hinton Broth培养基)混合后得到5%~50%(w/v)的不同浓度,用不加蜂蜜的无菌培养基和麦卢卡蜂蜜作对照,测定蜂蜜的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果各品种蜂蜜均有抗菌性及杀菌性,但其抗菌及杀菌作用各有不同,其中以迎春椴树黑蜂蜜(MIC为25%,MBC为25%)的抗菌作用较好,相当于麦卢卡15+,其余各类型椴树蜜均具有不同程度的抗菌性作用。结论椴树蜜对于金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌性和杀菌性,不同地域的椴树蜜对同一细菌具有不同的抗菌活性,其中以迎春地区黑蜂椴树蜜为最佳,为开发和利用蜂蜜作为临床抗菌药物提供了一定的依据。Objective The antibacterial effect of linden honey in different areas of Heilongjiang Province on Staphylococcus aureus in vitro.Methods By using the improved method of replication of Staphylococcus aureus model,honey and sterile culture medium(Mueller-Hinton Broth medium)mixed 5%~50%(w/v)of different concentrations,compared with sterile culture medium without honey and honey,the minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration MIC MBC determination of honey.Results All kinds of honey are antibacterial and bactericidal,but its antibacterial and bactericidal effect are different,of which the spring ting tree black honey(MIC 25%,MBC 25%)of the antibacterial effect is better,the equivalent of medical grade honey Manuka UMF15+,the rest of the various types of linden tree honey have different degrees of antibacterial effect.Conclusion Linden honey had antimicrobial properties and sterilization to Staphylococcus aureus,different regions have different antibacterial activity of linden honey on the same bacteria,of which spring area black linden honey bee is the best for the development and utilization of honey as clinical antibacterial drugs provided certain basis.
