摘　　要：目的分析康复新液联合奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、甲硝唑治疗胃十二指肠球部溃疡临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月~2017年3月我院收治的胃十二指肠球部溃疡患者80例。将其随机分为对照组40例和观察组40例。对照组使用常规奥美拉唑、克林霉素和甲硝唑治疗。观察组在此基础上使用康复新液治疗,比较其临床疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论对胃十二指肠球部溃疡患者使用康复新液联合奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、甲硝唑的临床疗效更佳。Objective Analysis of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with omeprazole,clarithromycin and metronidazole in the treatment of gastric duodenal ulcer clinical curative effect.Methods 80 cases of peptic ulcer were collected and randomLy divided into 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional omeprazole,clindamycin and metronidazole.The observation group based on the use of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment,compared the clinical efficacy.Results the effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the clinical efficacy of gastric duodenal ulcer patients using Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with omeprazole,clarithromycin and metronidazole.
