低位直肠癌保肛术后功能与疗效评估

摘  要:目的探究低位直肠癌保肛术后的疗效与功能。方法选取2010年2月~2017年2月我院收治的患者80例作为样本,采用随机分组的方式,分为对照组与观察组,观察组患者采用低位直肠癌保肛术进行治疗,对照组患者采用腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术进行治疗,对比两组患者的恢复效果以及术后并发症的情况。结果在对两组患者的功能与疗效进行评估,观察组与对照组之间的差异明显,观察组患者的总有效率达到了97.5%,对照组患者的总有效率为77.5%,两组患者之间的差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对直肠癌患者进行治疗的过程中,通过应用低位直肠癌保肛术进行治疗,能够对患者术后的排便功能进行改善,从而降低并发症的发生几率,为患者生活质量的改善提供可靠的保障。Objective To explore the curative effect and function after surgery for low rectal cancer confirmed anal.Methods Of 80 patients admitted in our hospital in 2010 as sample,with the method of random grouping,divided into control group and observation group,the observation group of patients with low rectal cancer confirmed anus surgery treatment,the control group were treated by abdominal perineal joint colorectal cancer radical treatment,compared two groups of patients recovery of effects and postoperative complications.Results On the function and efficacy of two groups of patients assessed,clear difference between the observation group and control group,observation group of patients with total effective rate reached 97.5%,control group total effective rate of the patients was 77.5%,the differences between the two groups of patients,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of treatment in patients with rectal cancer,through the application of low rectal cancer confirmed anus surgery treatment,can to improve patients postoperative bowel function,thereby reducing the risk of complications,and to provide reliable guarantee to improve the quality of life of patients.
