妊娠期抑郁症的评价及中医药治疗研究进展

摘　　要：本文介绍了妊娠期抑郁症的定义及国内外现状;简述了妊娠期抑郁症的两种评价方法:量表及血清学指标;回顾了祖国医药对妊娠期抑郁症的认识;分析了三种经典方剂在妊娠期抑郁症临床治疗上的作用原理以及治疗效果。分析表明:目前对妊娠期抑郁症调查已有较多报道,孕期抑郁状态高达20%的检出率提醒医务工作者要对妊娠期抑郁症保持高度的警惕性。抑郁症通用测试量表和特定人群指定的筛查量表是临床中对妊娠期抑郁症的诊断研究常用的两种量表形式。在血清生化指标方面,半胱氨酸和甲状腺素的含量被较多的学者发现与妊娠期抑郁症水平具有相关性。同时发现,对于妊娠期抑郁症的治疗,依然以经典中药方剂使用较多且疗效显著。但在以下方面仍存在一些不足:(1)国内外暂无特异性指标和诊断标准来诊断妊娠期抑郁症。(2)关于妊娠期抑郁症患者抗抑郁化学药物使用研究不多;(3)妊娠期抑郁症中药使用的药理、毒理研究存在局限性,可进行更为深入、细致的研究。This article describes the definition of antenatal depression and the status quo at home and abroad;briefly describes the two prenatal evaluation of depression:scales and serum markers;reviewed the motherland medicine on antenatal depression awareness;The principle and therapeutic effect of three classic prescriptions in the treatment of antenatal depression were analyzed.Analysis shows that:the current antenatal depression survey has been more reported,The prevalence of depression in pregnancy as high as 20%of the detection rate to remind the medical workers to maintain a high degree of vigilance of antenatal depression.The universal rating scale for depression and the specific population specific screening scale are two commonly used forms of clinical diagnosis of antenatal depression.In terms of the serum biochemical indicators,cysteine and the content of thyroxine was more scholars found associated with antenatal depression levels.At the same time,we found that the treatment of antenatal depression,still with classic Chinese medicine prescription use more and curative effect is remarkable.But there are still some shortage in the following ways:1)at home and abroad,there is no one specific indicators or diagnostic criteria to determine a specific diagnosis of depression.(2)research on antenatal depression antidepressant chemical drug use is not much.
