40例非霍奇金淋巴瘤免疫分型与骨髓血液学的研究分析

摘　　要：目的对非霍奇金淋巴肿瘤免疫分型与骨髓血液学进行研究和分析。方法选取2009年7月~2017年7月扬州市江都人民医院门诊或住院的确诊为恶性淋巴瘤患者40例,并予以其骨髓形态学检查,借助于单克隆相关抗体将部分非霍奇金淋巴瘤标本予以免疫组化检测。结果经过免疫组化检测后,T、B细胞淋巴瘤相关抗体阳性率较高。经过骨髓形态学检查后,发现有6例(15.0%)出现淋巴瘤骨髓侵犯,5例(12.5%)进展为淋巴瘤-白血病期。结论免疫组化对T、B淋巴瘤类型的确定以及骨髓形态学对淋巴瘤患者病情的诊断具有促进作用。Objective To study and analyze the immunophenotyping and bone marrow hematology of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods The study was performed on 40 patients with lymphoma in our hospital and their bone marrow morphology was examined.Some non-Hodgkin's lymphoma samples were detected by immunohistochemistry with monoclonal antibodies.Results The positive rate of T,B-cell lymphoma-associated antibody was higher after immunohistochemistry.After bone marrow morphology examination,6 cases(15.0%)were found to have lymphoma bone marrow invasion,and 5 cases(12.5%)progressed to lymphoma-leukemia stage.Conclusion Immunohistochemistry can confirm the type of T,B lymphoma and the morphology of the bone marrow to promote the diagnosis of lymphoma patients.
