23G与20G玻璃体切割治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体出血疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比23G与20G玻璃体切割治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体出血的临床疗效。方法选取40例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组患者进行20G玻璃体切割治疗,观察组患者进行23G玻璃体切割治疗。结果两组患者术后短期内的眼压对比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论23G与20G玻璃体切割在治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体出血上,疗效相近,但23G玻切割术手术耗时要短于20G玻切割术。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of 23G and 20G vitrectomy in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods 40 cases were randomly divided into 20 cases in the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with vitrectomy with 20G,and the patients in the observation group were treated with 23G vitreous cutting.Results In the two groups,IOP in the short term after operation was compared,P<0.05.Conclusion 23G and 20G vitrectomy are similar in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy vitreous hemorrhage,but 23G glass cutting operation time is shorter than 20G glass cutting.
