摘 要:外商直接投资如何影响中国劳动力收入是衡量利用外资绩效的核心,也是评估自由贸易试验区外资管理制度的关键。本文以制造业企业工资为切入点,从行业内工资溢出和行业间工资前后向关联的视角进行研究,通过构建企业工资决定模型,区分了影响企业工资的技术外溢和市场竞争途径。研究发现,外资企业通过两种途径产生的工资溢出和关联效应均显著小于0,其中通过市场竞争途径产生的负向工资效应远高于通过技术外溢途径产生的影响,对上下游企业的工资关联效应是对行业内企业工资溢出效应的数倍;工资溢出和关联效应的大小在一定程度上取决于外资企业的股权结构和投资动机。The effects of FDIs on labour income in China are essential for determining the performance of foreign investment utilization and are crucial for evaluating foreign capital administrative policies in the Chinese pilot free-trade zones.This paper carries out a study on the spillover and linkage effects of FDIs on Chinese manufacturing wages.To this end,we construct a firm-level wage decision model and divide the wage spillover and linkage effects of FDIs into two channels,market competition and technology outflow.The study finds that the wage spillover and linkage effects of FDIs through both channels are significantly negative.However,negative wage effect through market competition channels is far greater than that through technological spillovers,and the wage linkage effects of FDIs on upstream and downstream enterprises is several times greater than the wage spillover effects on enterprises in the same industry.Both the wage spillover and linkage effects depend,to a certain extent,on the ownership structure and investment motivation of foreign-owned enterprises.
