摘 要:随着我国西部经济的发展,铁路干线的不断延伸,铁路遭遇风沙迫害的情况也随之增加。针对我国沙害地区埋沙铁路干线的紧急疏通问题,预研制一种轨道除沙车,其中集沙装置是轨道除沙车的核心装置,而集沙机构的工作效率影响着集沙装置从而影响整个车辆的工作效率。本文利用三维实体建模软件UG对集沙装置结构进行实体建模基础上,利用运动仿真软件ADAMS对结构进一步分析,并最终确定更加合理、优化的结构,为轨道除沙车进一步设计和研制奠定基础。With economic development and railway outspread in western areas of China,the disserve of sandstorm to railway is becoming more and more prominent,in order to solve the problem of cleaning sand-covered railway emergently,a new railway sand removal vehicle is studied and as the most important mechanism,sand collecting mechanism affects entire efficiency and even determines the structure of the whole vehicle.By using the 3D solid modeling software UG to make a solid model on sand collection device,the movement simulation of the flanks opening and lifting is simulated using ADAMS software and finally determines the more reasonable and optimized structure,except for sand vehicle design and development to lay the foundation for further.
