摘　　要：目的探析介入护理用于选择性支气管动脉栓塞治疗中的效果。方法选取2015年6月~2017年6月本院接受选择性支气管动脉栓塞治疗的患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例,观察组在治疗中接受常规栓塞护理,对照组接受介入护理,比较两组效果。结果观察组护理后总有效率为90%,对照组有效率76.67%。结论介入护理用于选择性支气管动脉栓塞治疗中能够对咯血进行有效控制,可在临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the nursing intervention for selective bronchial artery embolization in the treatment of effect.Methods The June 2015~2017 year in June in our hospital underwent selective bronchial artery embolization in 60 patients,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group,before treatment in routine nursing care intervention embolism.After the group effect of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing in the observation group the total effective rate was 90%,the effective rate of control group 76.67%.Conclusion Interventional nursing for selective bronchial artery embolization can effectively control the hemoptysis,can be popularized in clinical application.
