丽江城区水资源的涵养——以黑龙潭的干涸为例

摘　　要：丽江黑龙潭日见频繁的干涸,是气象因素和人为因素的叠加所致。为了城市的可持续发展和建设生态文明,首先要封杀城区及周边的承压水井,并实施工程蓄水和在九子海、白沙坝等水源涵养区实行自然涵养和植树种草。The increasing frequency of drying up of Lijiang Black Dragon Pool is caused by meteorological elements and human factors.In order to maintain sustainable development of the city and construct ecological civilization,confined water wells in city areas have to be banned,and project of retaining water should be carried out,and then natural water conservation and grass planting should be carried out in water resources origin areas such as Jiuzihai and Baisha Basin.
