基于IEET认证规范的高职院校专业人才培养方案设计研究

摘　　要：以学校专业人才培养方案的设计为例,导入先进国际教育理念,基于IEET认证规范,从指导思想、遵循原则、框架体系、编制要求、运行机制五个部分规范及重构专业人才培养方案的设计,建构一个让师生一目了然的人才培养蓝图,规范专业建设和管理的可持续发展。Taking the design of the training program for professional talents of school as an example,introducing the advanced international education concept,based on the IEET certification standard,the design reconstructs a professional talent training program from five aspects,guiding ideology,following principles,frame system,compiling requirements and operating mechanism,to make teachers and students clear about it and standardize the sustainable development of major construction and management
