摘 要:该文从两个方面阐述文秘英语项目化教学的困境和应对策略。一是从文秘英语课程与英语类课程的共性出发。通过分析整理得出九大类英语类课程项目化教学的常见问题和应对策略,为文秘英语项目教学问题的解决提供借鉴。二是从文秘英语课程的特殊性出发。针对文秘行业岗位群多元化发展,文秘英语课程要求语言和行业技能并重,教学和考核偏重语言技能这些特殊性问题,提出必须根据岗位群需求设计差别化的项目化教学,充分利用翻转课堂和校企合作参与考核的应对策略。The difficulties and strategies in project-oriented teaching of secretary English share some similarities with the project-oriented teaching of ordinary English courses,but it also has its own peculiarities.By referring to the nine types of difficulties and strategies of project-oriented teaching in ordinary English courses,some light are shed on project-oriented teaching in secretary English.By comprehensively analyzing the changes in post groups and the importance of English skills and occupational skills required in secretary English,differentiated design in project-oriented teaching,flipped class mode and collaborated assessment by school and enterprise are recommended.
