“双一流建设”背景下新建本科院校学科调整与优化——基于西方高校学系关闭的启示

摘　　要：面对交叉学科和学科综合化的发展趋势,以及受到高等教育市场化环境下绩效压力的影响,学系关闭是西方高校必须面对的决策与事实。为更好地进行应用型转型发展,我国新建本科院校不得不面临学科专业的重新调整与优化,亦即学系的关闭、停办或撤并。就学科专业的优化与调整而言,西方高校学系关闭经验对我国新建本科院校的学科专业调整与优化的启示主要是:如何更好地进行人员管理、教学组织方式的变革、人才的激励三个方面。In the face of development trend of cross discipline and discipline integration,and is affected by the performance pressure under the environment of marketization of higher education,academic departments closure in the western universities was the decisions and facts that must be faced.In order to better carry out the transformation and development of application-oriented,the China’s newly-built universities have to face the re-optimization and adjustment of discipline and specialty,namely the closure,suspension or withdrawal of the academic department.In terms of the optimization and adjustment of academic disciplines,the western universities’experience about academic department closure for our country’s the optimization and adjustment of academic disciplines of newly-built universities has important revelation,is mainly how to better manage the personnel,the change of teaching organization form,talent motivation three aspects.
