电影制作管理模式对初创型家具设计公司项目管理的启示

摘　　要：为国内初创型家具设计公司及家具企业在项目管理方面提供有益借鉴,从电影产业运作模式入手,梳理了好莱坞电影制作管理模式,结合家具设计项目,分析国内家具设计公司项目管理的现状。提炼出"制片人中心制"电影制作流程管理模式,找出了国内家具设计公司项目管理存在的问题。提出"产品经理中心制"系统化家具设计流程管理模式,归纳整理出对国内初创型家具设计公司及家具企业的重要启示。It provides a useful reference for the domestic initial furniture design company and the furniture enterprise in the project management.Starting from the operation mode of the movie industry,combing the Hollywood film production management model,combining with the furniture design project,the status of the domestic furniture design company project management are analyzed.The film production process management system of"producer center"is extracted,and the problems existed in the project management of domestic furniture design company are found out.The"product management center"systematized furniture design process management model is put forward,and the important inspiration for domestic furniture enterprises and start-up furniture design companies are summarized.
