摘  要:高校青年教师是推动高校发展的新生力量,高校青年教师数量多,学历高,具有较好的专业基础,精力充沛,充满自信,渴望发展。高校青年教师评价与培养体系构建应充分考虑青年教师特点,合理设置评价周期、评价内容和评价办法,奖惩性评价和发展性评价结合,评价与培养结合,充分利用评价激励机制,营造良好氛围,促进青年教师成长。Young teachers in colleges and universities are new forces to promote the development of colleges and universities.The number of young teachers in colleges and universities is large,and their academic qualifications are high.They have a good professional foundation,and are energetic,confident and eager to develop.The construction of evaluation and training system of young teachers in colleges and universities should fully consider the characteristics of young teachers,and set reasonable evaluation cycle,evaluation content and evaluation methods.The system is a combination of reward and punishment evaluation and developmental evaluation,and evaluation and training.We should make full use of the evaluation incentive mechanism,create a good atmosphere,and promote the growth of young teachers.
